How do I use the clasp?

Having trouble figuring out how to use the clasp? We've got you covered with our handy video instructions. See it HERE.

Will it rust?

Guitar strings are made out of metal and metal can rust. Therefore, we advise you to avoid exposure to water. If your bracelet or pendant gets wet, dry it immediately. As needed, you may buff with a silver cleaning cloth. Please note that pendants are not water tight and strings can rust if pendant becomes wet.

As soon as your jewelry is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with all of your shipping and tracking information.

What is it made out of?

The Famous Musician Bracelets, Cuffs and Pendants are handcrafted from actual strings contributed by the musician of your choice. Strings come in a range of colors, metals, and finishes. Some strings have ball ends, others don't; some are thick, others are thin. It depends on what the musician provides to us. We cannot fulfill orders based on individual string requests.

Help, my bracelet/cuff doesn’t fit! (Exchanges)

You can exchange your bracelet or cuff for a new size within 30 days of receipt. Exchanging the size of your Famous Musician Bracelet or Cuff means that a new set of strings are pulled and a new bracelet is created. We can only do this exchange as long as we have sufficient strings in stock for the chosen musician. Please email us to confirm availability. After this time, we offer a paid repairs. However, there is no guarantee that damaged merchandise can be fixed. Please note if the ball end detaches from the bracelet we are not able to reattach it. Please email us for instructions.

Will it rust?

Though some customers have reported safely wearing their bracelets in the shower, we cannot guarantee this won’t damage your bracelet. Guitar strings are made out of metal and metal can rust. Therefore, we strongly advise you to avoid exposure to water.

Does the color come off?

The colored bracelets (Red, Pink and Teal) are electroplated. Color may come off, if the bracelet encounters something abrasive. Therefore, we recommend not stacking the electroplated, colored bracelets or wearing with other metal jewelry.

What is it made out of?

The one-size-fits-all guitar and bass string bracelets are made from guitar and bass strings that are lead, nickel and cadmium free.
