ORDERING:

How do I pay for my order? Do you have any stores.

Wear Your Music is online only. We accept most major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. We also accept Paypal. Apple Pay is available via mobile phone only.

I just submitted an order; can I change it?

Orders are processed as quickly as possible and we cannot guarantee any changes to your order once it has been processed. If you need to change or cancel your order, please email us at support@wearyourmusic.com as quickly as possible and we will do what we can!

I'm having trouble placing an order online. Can you help?

Absolutely! If you're having trouble placing your order please email us at support@wearyourmusic.com and we will get back to you with assistance as soon as we can!

SHIPPING:

What are my shipping options?

All Famous Musician Guitar String Jewelry orders shipping within the United States are shipped via FedEx 2 Day Shipping (PO Boxes will be shipped via USPS Priority) with insurance. International orders are shipped via FedEx International Shipping and do not include any duties or taxes. Any non-musician bracelet orders are able to choose between Ecomomy Shipping (3-5 day shipping) and Standard Shipping (1-3 day shipping). Orders are shipped during office hours on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. If you need your order rushed you can contact us at support@wearyourmusic.com to upgrade your shipping.

International orders:

Orders shipped outside the United States may be subject to local customs fees or duties. Every country has different procedures and fees for incoming packages. Wear Your Music does not have information on customs or duties, and we are unable to estimate these charges. Please check with your local authorities before placing an order. Wear Your Music is not responsible for import taxes, nor will Wear Your Music issue any refunds or exchanges for deliveries that have been refused for non-payment of import taxes.

The shipping times for International orders will vary by country. Wear Your Music cannot guarantee delivery dates on International Orders.

Help, my order hasn’t arrived yet?

Please remember ALL of the memorabilia that comes from the strings of famous musicians (pendants, bracelets and cuffs) are handcrafted at the time of your order. As such, they can take up to three weeks in production before they ship. If you need to know your order status, please log into your account here and check to see if it has shipped yet!

If your order has not been delivered within 6-8 weeks of receiving your shipping confirmation email, in order to receive a replacement or refund, please email us at support@wearyourmusic.com with your order number. Emails received after 8 weeks unfortunately are not able to be refunded or replaced.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:

First, we want you to know that your satisfaction is what matters most to us. If you order something from us and you don't absolutely love it, rest assured you can return most items to us within 30 days of delivery for a refund.

DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEMS

If we made a mistake, we'll take care of it. Period. If you received a defective or damaged product, please let us know as soon as possible so we can replace it for you. Click HERE to fill out a Returns & Exchanges form and let us know the problem. We'll take care of the rest!

RETURNS

Our return policy covers returns of most products in new condition up to 30 days after delivery. Items must be returned unworn and in original packaging. Items that cannot be returned include: sale items or anything damaged through normal wear and tear or water damage. Please note there is a $10 restocking fee for the return of any Famous Musician product. Click HERE to begin the process

REPAIRS

Since our products are made from real USED guitar strings, they can be fragile. If your bracelet requires repair within 30 days from receipt, we will gladly provide a complimentary repair. After this time, we offer a paid repair service, however, there is no guarantee that damaged merchandise can be fixed. EXCHANGES

If you've ordered the wrong size Famous Musician bracelet or cuff you can exchange it for an exchange fee (plus shipping & handling), provided there are sufficient strings in stock from your selected musician. Click HERE to fill out a Returns & Exchanges form to get started!

FAMOUS MUSICIAN PRODUCTS:

What size should I order?

Famous Musician Guitar String Bracelets and cuffs require custom sizing. Please view the sizing information HERE.

How do I use the clasp?

Having trouble figuring out how to use the clasp? We've got you covered with our handy video instructions. See it HERE.

Will it rust?

Guitar strings are made out of metal and metal can rust. Therefore, we advise you to avoid exposure to water. If your bracelet or pendant gets wet, dry it immediately. As needed, you may buff with a silver cleaning cloth. Please note that pendants are not water tight and strings can rust if pendant becomes wet.

When will my bracelet ship?

We handcraft each and every bracelet, cuff and pendant upon request. When ordering, please allow at least one week for production of pendants and three weeks for production of bracelets and cuffs before your jewelry ships. As soon as your jewelry is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with all of your shipping and tracking information.

Can I request a musician you don’t have?

Sure! Please click HERE to add a musician to our outreach list. Please note, we cannot in any way guarantee their participation but we LOVE to have your requests! Securing a musician can take years, so please be patient and remember the power of social media! Message your favorite musician and ask that they participate! Remember to tag @wearyourmusic.

What is it made out of?

The Famous Musician Bracelets, Cuffs and Pendants are handcrafted from actual strings contributed by the musician of your choice. Strings come in a range of colors, metals, thicknesses and finishes. It depends on what the musician provides to us. We cannot fulfill orders based on individual string requests.

ONE-SIZE-FITS-ALL BRACELETS:

Will it rust?

Though some customers have reported safely wearing their bracelets in the shower, we cannot guarantee this won’t damage your bracelet. Guitar strings are made out of metal and metal can rust. Therefore, we strongly advise you to avoid exposure to water.

Does the color come off?

The colored bracelets (Red, Pink,Teal, Rose and Blue) are electroplated. Color may come off if the bracelet encounters something abrasive. Therefore, we recommend not stacking the electroplated colored bracelets or wearing with other metal jewelry.

What is it made out of?

The one-size-fits-all guitar and bass string bracelets are made from real guitar and bass strings that are lead, nickel and cadmium free.

How do you decide which charity the money goes to?

We do not decide where the profits will go. Each musician selects the charity they want to support!

Is my purchase tax deductible?

At this time your purchase is not tax deductible, as we are not a non-profit.

How to care for charms?

Please keep them dry and lightly polish with a cleaning cloth.
