What a great company. This pendant has been one of my favorite gifts ever. I accidentally wore it in the bathtub, and it got rusty. When I got it back after a very reasonably priced repair, I was surprised to see that it looked even better than brand new. Clean and shiny! Someone really took care to do a great job.

I really enjoyed this necklace, and, when it broke, I'm so glad I sent it for repair. It's like a whole new necklace!

I"m unusually hard on things and snapped the eyelet off my pendant (typical for my fat fingers). WYM took it in as a repair, turned it around in about 10 days and I'm proudly sporting my Cactus strings again. Love a company that loves its products for life.
