RETURNS, REPAIRS & EXCHANGES

First, we want you to know that your satisfaction is what matters most to us. If you order something from us and you don't absolutely love it, rest assured you can return most items to us within 30 days of delivery for a refund.

DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEMS
If we made a mistake, we'll take care of it. Period. If you received a defective or damaged product, please let us know as soon as possible so we can replace it for you. Fill out the form below and let us know the problem. We'll take care of the rest!

RETURNS
Our return policy covers returns of most products in new condition up to 30 days after delivery. Items must be returned unworn and in original packaging. Items that cannot be returned include: sale items or anything damaged through normal wear and tear or water damage. Please note there is a $10 restocking fee for the return of any Famous Musician product.

REPAIRS
Since our products are made from real USED guitar strings, they can be fragile. If your bracelet requires repair within 30 days from receipt, we will gladly provide a complimentary repair. After this time, we offer a paid repair service, however, there is no guarantee that damaged merchandise can be fixed. Fill out the form below giving as much detail as possible and we will get in touch with you about your repair.

EXCHANGES
If you've ordered the wrong size Famous Musician bracelet or cuff you can exchange it for an exchange fee (plus shipping & handling), provided there are sufficient strings in stock from your selected musician. Just fill out the form below to get started!
