First, we want you to know that your satisfaction is what matters most to us. If you order something from us and you don't absolutely love it, rest assured you can return most items to us within 30 days of delivery for a refund.

Our return policy covers returns of most products in new condition up to 30 days after delivery. Items must be returned unworn and in original packaging. Items that cannot be returned include: sale items or anything damaged through normal wear and tear or water damage. If you are interested in returning an item please fill out the form below.

UPCYCLED BRACELET SIZE EXCHANGES
If you've ordered the wrong size Upcycled bracelet you can exchange it for a new size of equal value, just pay shipping & handling. To begin your exchange please fill out the form below with as much information as possible, including the requested new size.

If we made a mistake, we'll take care of it. Period. If you received a defective or damaged product, please let us know as soon as possible so we can replace it for you. Fill out the form below and let us know the problem. We'll take care of the rest!
