Once your order is complete -
- Print a copy of your Custom Musician Cuff order confirmation and mail to us with your strings to 30 Forest St., Providence, RI 02906.
- Ship using a USPS trackable/insured method, as we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen items.
- Upon receipt of the strings and order confirmation, your new bracelet will be sent to Production.

Your cuff goes through two production phases. First, the string from your selected musician is tagged with your size and order number. From there, it is sent to our local manufacturer for assembly and polishing. Because we make each and every piece by hand, it can take up to 14 days before your cuff ships. You will receive a shipping notification via email as soon as your cuff ships!

I was very Happy to receive my Cuff with a string from one of my favourite frontmen...Tom Keifer of Cinderella. It is a Quality piece and I love it on my wrist. I have to give TOP marks to you Ladies and extend my extreme gratitude for how you handled, with speed may I add, the US Post problem. It is understandable in this climate with covid causing all sorts of problems, but you were Fantastic in response. I will definitely be back for more.

I ordered 3 cuffs using guitar strings from our band's (The Malibooz') recent shows at The Cavern Club in Liverpool. In the words of those famous Liverpudlians; the cuffs were FAB!
Also, the service was great. The cuffs were ready, sent and arrived before Christmas.
