Your item will ship in sustainable packaging with a certificate of authenticity included.

Once your order is complete -

Print a copy of your Custom Musician Pendant order confirmation and mail to us with your strings to 30 Forest St., Providence, RI 02906.
Ship using a USPS trackable/insured method, as we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen items.
Upon receipt of the strings and order confirmation, your new pendant will be sent to Production.

Your pendant is custom crafted at the time of your purchase in our Providence, Rhode Island studio. Because we make each and every piece by hand, it can take up to 14 days before your pendant ships. You will receive a shipping notification via email as soon as your pendant ships!
