Bracelet looks great! However, sizing method mentioned on the website was a little off, bracelet was a little bigger than expected.

When I placed my order for a James Hetfield bracelet for my son's Christmas gift, I missed adding a discount code I had received. I immediately emailed customer service asking if it was possible to still receive the discount, but acknowledging I had messed up and understood if not. Within minutes I was contacted by a customer service representative letting me know they would refund me the discount and just a few minutes later was emailed a confirmation of the refund. Wow! Talk about amazing customer service! And, the bracelet is top quality! My teenage musician and Metallica fan was really impressed with it and thought it was a super cool gift.
