I spent a hefty amount on a Hetfield bracelet for my birthday and waited anxiously for it until the package arrived with the right tag on the wrong box. Something had obviously happened between WYM sent it and I picked it up. I immediately contacted WYM who confirmed that this was indeed not their box and was met with support without question. Excellent customer support and service. 10/10 would use their services again.

It’s really cool, I like it. I got the regular size one and it’s tough to get on, but when it’s on it’s not sliding around and stays in place well. Very happy with it

As a quick tip — if you ever want to adjust the fit, you can gently squeeze the cuff with your hand wrapped around it (thumb on one initialed disc and middle finger on the other) to subtly tighten and mold it for an even better fit.
