Loving my Joe Pisapia bracelet

My Joe Pisapia bracelet was my third Wear Your Music bracelet. I love all of them. It’s nice to be able to wear 3 together, and they are all different from each other, which is terrific. The clasp has changed, and I am a bit puzzled as to why. Although at first I had trouble using the original clasp (on my first two bracelets), I got used to them and feel that once clasped they are very secure. This new clasp is harder to learn, and it doesn’t feel as secure. I hope that it is! It’s only for that reason that I have given it 4 stars instead of 5. I love the concept of these bracelets, and they are so unique—AND they benefit a charity! A win-win. But bring back the original clasp, please!

Hi Cynthia! Thank you for your review. We're happy to hear you love your bracelet, but we're sorry you're not thrilled with the new clasp design. This new square design features stronger magnets and locking tabs inside to make sure your bracelet doesn't come undone during the day and get lost. Sadly, we loved our older clasps too, however some customers were having trouble keeping them on due to hitting the release button accidentally.
