Your cuff goes through two production phases. First, the string from your selected musician is tagged with your size and order number. From there, it is sent to our local manufacturer for assembly and polishing. Because we make each and every piece by hand, it can take up to 14 days before your cuff ships. You will receive a shipping notification via email as soon as your cuff ships!

I spent a hefty amount on a Hetfield bracelet for my birthday and waited anxiously for it until the package arrived with the right tag on the wrong box. Something had obviously happened between WYM sent it and I picked it up. I immediately contacted WYM who confirmed that this was indeed not their box and was met with support without question. Excellent customer support and service. 10/10 would use their services again.

Process to complete and ship took exactly what they said, about 14 days to make and 3 days to delivery. It’s PREFECT and going to be a super cool Christmas gift for my daughter, it looks so beautiful and can’t wait to give it to her! I took her to see Metallica in concert this year and she was so excited she cried with extreme happiness to see her favorite band so I can only imagine how she’ll react seeing this gift.
